Mango Lassi


Mango Lassi
Serves 2

1 cup sliced or diced mango (I used the frozen cubes from Trader Joe's)
1 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 cup water
1 tsp agave nectar (plus more to taste)
1/2 tsp grated ginger

Add mango, grated ginger, buttermilk, water, and agave to blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water if mixture is too thick.

Taste and add more agave (up to 1 tbsp) as needed.
